What are the costs associated with your sale prep services

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.There is a 4% fee that will be applied to each transaction.

How early do I have to send my horses to JRW Ranch for sale prepping?

We prefer to have sale horses at JRW Ranch 30-60 days prior to a sale, but customers are welcome to discuss this schedule.

Quarter Horses

Fees include feed, supplementation, board, and exercise

BFA & Heritage Place Sale…………………………….$22.50/day

We receive 5% or $400 (whichever is greater) for Heritage Place horses, and 5% or $500 (whichever is greater) for all other sales.

Blanket fee……………….$50.00 (If used, covers cost of repairs, cleaning and disinfecting)

Halter fee…………………$100.00 (Leather plated/individualized halter & lead)

Medical fees

Health Certificate …………..$45.00

Coggins: Date required within 6 months for all sales………………..$35.00

X-Rays: If wanted …………$35.00 per view

Hauling fees

Less than 25 miles…………..$25.00

More than 25 miles………….$.50/mile

Marketing fees

Photographs & head shots…………..$20/session
